Supplier transparency

What supplier checks mean.

CompositeBid uses precise check labels. We do not apply a blanket “verified supplier” claim. The label shown should identify the specific check actually completed.

Application reviewed

CompositeBid has manually reviewed the submitted supplier application for completeness and relevance.

Business identity checked

The recorded legal/trading identity has been checked against the evidence named in the private review record.

Contact or domain checked

A stated business contact or domain relationship has been checked. This does not verify manufacturing capability.

Certification evidence checked

Specified certification evidence has been reviewed for the claim and validity period recorded. It is not a general certification of the supplier.

Capability information reviewed

Submitted industries, capabilities or processes have been reviewed for marketplace matching. CompositeBid has not performed a factory audit unless explicitly stated.

What no label guarantees

A check is not technical approval, quality certification, financial due diligence, legal advice, a guarantee of performance or a recommendation. Buyers remain responsible for their own supplier, quality, insurance, regulatory, export-control and contractual checks.
